As a consultant, I worked with organizations of every size leading efforts in human resources, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Organizational Design, Marketing, Branding, and Personal and Professional Development. I found that no matter the size or industry, if every single part of the whole was given the permission to take up space, they could succeed at any goal.
